Cell phone problems *help*
My friend has a Cell phone, he just got it, and everytime I call I get a busy single. There's no way he's talking on it that much espcially since he asked me and everyone else not to call him very often to save him minutes. I can't reach him any other way o_O Anyone have any idea why it's doing this? Or know how I can fix it?

He probobly has it turned off. Cell phones don't turn themselves on when you get a call. They have to be in sleep mode or plugged in. When they're off, you just get a busy signal. At least that's how mine works.

When my phone is turned off, it redirects the caller to the voicemail service. I dunno if your friend has that, but it probably will give you a busy signal if you don't. If that's not the problem, I'd have your friend take the phone back to where he got it and explain the problem.
