"im Not A Chicken Youre A Turkey"

I'M AM SO PROUD TO BE THE ONE TO REINTRODUCE THIS CLASSIC PIECE OF FILM. FROM THE MOMENT I 1ST SAW THIS COMMERCIAL I HAVE USED THIS LINE ("I'M NOT A CHICKEN YOU'RE A TURKEY") AS A CORNEY COMEBACK TO PEOPLES "YOU'RE JUST BEING A CHICKEN" COMMENT.

"IM NOT A CHICKEN YOU'RE A TURKEY"

FUNNY...DRUG DEALERS DONT LOOK LIKE THAT IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD.
THIS COMMERCIAL IS SO FUNNY, I SWEAR. IM CRACKING UP HERE.
GOOD COME BACK KID...A TURKEY???????LOL
LOL, LOL "DRUG DEALERS ARE DORKS" LOL, LOL ITS FUNNY THAT ITS DON CALLING OTHERS DORKS.

Yeah, this pops up once every year or so, and it never ceases to make me laugh. I think XE did a piece on it a few years ago. it's a classic.

Every time I see that PSA I crack up. I remember when it came out on TV... I just gaped at it in disbelief. Looking at it now, I think it was a pretty well-composed ad.... even with the gratuitous "Cowabunga!"

Hey, Don's not a dork! Drug dealers are dorks! Don's a geek.

I'm not a geek! YOU'RE A NERD!! *runs off*

Uh... he didn't mean that...

I remember this commercial. I never liked turkey then, and I don't like it now.

I wonder if this type of PSA is effective? They should do more of them. The drug dealers don't look like that in my neighborhood either, but in school they're the fellow students as depicted in this ad. That's one thing that imresses me... most parents/adults are in denial that there are drugs in school yet this ad shows it.

I read the article about this on X-E quite a while ago. In other words, they do have an article on it. I didn't see the video before I read the article so it sorta spoiled things for me, but I didn't care. I'm not sure if you'll have to search for the article or if it'll already be there on the articles section cuz I haven't visited the site in a long time.

That was funny. I really liked how the humor was interwoven in a positive message.

I saw it in good quality once again on one of the official vhs. They look kind of young to be doing drugs though. The kid who was offered pot looks like he's in 5th grade.

LOL... that's hilarious, I remember when they used to show that on TV!!

Did anyone else notice that not a single one of those clips they show with the turtles was an original animation for that commercial? They just used clips from the show and lipsynced over them with new dialogue.

Also, did anyone else notice that Mikey says "Get a pizza!" and then gets shot down by Donny??? lol... Mikey is such a pot-head. He always has the munchies for pizza.
