Wow I just watched that first episode with him and fell in love all over again! His first appearence in the cartoon, movie and new cartoon were all spectacular!

I forget though... did he ever show up again after that first episode in Season 3?

He's been in a couple of episodes in addition to that first one, like Leonardo Cuts Loose, Cyber Turtles, Corporate Raiders from Dimension X, Night of the Rogues and maybe a few more that I'm not finding. Amazing what a little googlin' can find.

Corporate Raiders from Dimension X was his funniest moment, though.

He goes to an office building in a business suit, still wearing his hockey mask, and DEMANDS a job.

One of my favorite Casey moments from the New Toon was in Secret Origins when he goes to the TCRI building to complain about a toaster and goes crazy. That was Old Toon Casey, right there.

I fully concur. I adore "Corporate Raiders from Dimension X" episode, as it proves Casey Jones has some great vis comica and really needs his own show. The toaster scene and the one when Casey smashes a DVD player in "Way of Invisibility" are two tremendous moments of Season 1.

Yep. As far as I'm aware Pat Fraley, who also did Krang and a couple others, lended his voice to Casey Jones.

Casey Jones was great! i loved his appearance in the old toon, he was so semi mirage like. I loved his voice, very badass and creepy. I wish we could have seen his face though

I think it would have been nice to see his face at first, but afterwards it seems like it would have kinda ruined the character for me. It just makes him seem more barbaric and crazy with that mask on all the time.

yeah, nothing beats seeing Casey tryin to get a job, business suit and all, and STILL wearing the mask and bag of golf clubs. LOL
