Anyone know a good graphics messageboard?

I'm looking for a board where people can make image requests and other users can make these images free of charge. I used to hang out at Solid Snake Designs, but they have since deleted that particular board -- so I'm out in the cold right now.

All I need are some basic alterations to existing images (adding text, that's about it) but I'm afraid I'm horribly inept at PhotoShop and similar programs. So does anyone know of a good graphics board?

Wow, thanks man! I really appreciate it...Here are the three images in question; basically, they're header images for posts on my blog...

These are already the correct size and everything -- all I need are the following words inserted to the right of the each TMNT logo:

Comic Spotlight

I'm not sure exactly what font would be appropriate, but if you like you can play around with different fonts and sizes and see what looks best, since you probably have a better eye than I do. I also wouldn't be averse to having the words in capitol letters, either. If you want to take a look at the site itself, here's the link.
