Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles international

Hi

Do any of you guys know of a country where the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has still (as of today) NOT been introduced to?
I am keen on setting up a project with any students from college of whom are interested in which me and they would introduce the original turtle toon to a country of which has never had it before

It wasn't until Ramadan last year that The Simpsons was introduced to the arab world, so there may be a country somewhere in the world of which has never had Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before...

I dunno if it's so simple. Hard to introduce a tv show to people who don't have a TV, for example.

I wouldn't be surprised if TMNT is/was contraband in Myanmar (Burma). A lot of "outside" (read: Western) things have been illegal there because the government tries to control what the people see and hear.

Still, there's a hunger for western stuff, and Ninja Turtles is definitely western stuff.
