Gamecube is amazing...First of all no loading time blows the other 2 out of your choice. Second, the games that are on Gamecube are made with quality, they obviously don't play the racing game and rush the games out...they MAKE SURE THEY ARE TOP!!! Anyway, on to the games...The ones that I have played that are good are; Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance, Phantasy Star Online ep 1 and 2, good shooter would be timesplitters 2, then there are the great games like mario party 4, smb 1 and 2, SSBM, well these are games I am into...but others that got good ratings are metroid prime, mario sunshine, eternal darkness, resident evil series, dragon's lair 3-d...There are many others...the good thing with Nintendo is you can guarantee they won't die, so you can easily expect great games from great companies to make games for them in the future...but i believe nintendo announced yet another system, but that may be a rumor...plus I bet they are going by their 5 year rule which started in 1986 with NES...SNES in 1991, N64 in 1996, and Gamecube in 2001, so you should expect the GC to die in late 2006 probly...lol The mini discs are just so cool too...Plus, another great thing is you can always expect a FUN game for Nintendo, not all games have to have blood you know...Hope this helped, plus GBA works well with it is what I heard...

Mario games aren't RPG, or If you ment Super Mario RPG, well the first one is ok, but Paper Mario is just boring...

Well, It's ok. Not the same level as Final fantasies, but It ws still fun. Paper mario wasn't. It was clearly made for younger players, and it was boring...

Same as Yoshi's Story, nothing like the original, heh, clearly made for 1 year olds. Anyway, Mario RPG is a very rare game, so I am hoping to get a copy sometime...lol

reznorite has demostrated how to be absolutely no help to anyone. lol.

anyways, im not a big console fan, but if i did get one, it would be a gamecube. i like mario party 3 a lot (for the n64) and ive heard mario party 4 is just as good or better. also, its where the new zelda game will be, and even tho they made the graphics look all cartoonish, i still think itll be an awesome game. plus, im a starfox fan, and i heard starfox adventures was good.

not to mention, rygar is coming out soon! i think its on more than just the gamecube tho.

Anyone remember River City Ransom for the NES? That was a cool game...

Hm... I say make the decision for yourself. If you know what you want, then you should get it, as there is no point to getting something you don't want, or need for that matter. It's your choice.

I wouldn't know. I haven't had a game system since my house-trained rabbit ate through the wires of my Original Nintendo System.

I loved Rygar! That was such a cool game. I played that along with Excite Bike, Contra, Double Dragon, Bubble Bobble, Rampage, and a whole mess of others... Meh, I feel old.

I loved rygar too!And rastan
I wasn't even born when rygar came out, and when rastan did i had like 1 or 2 years but i know em because rygar came with an emulator cd and rastan in an old 286 pc i bought (tho i've also played the arcade rom, which was much better imo)
Now rygar for ps2 is out...meh, it looks good :p i've seen it on tv and it looked cool, i didn't know it was going to be out for gamecube too.
