I think the human is that Max Winters character, and I beleive the one with the helmet is Raph.

Nope, definitely not Shredder, Shredder will be more of a cameo than a significant character.

Yeah the guy (or should I say the turlte) under the helmet is Raph. Since the ''masked warrior'' only has 3 fingers. And that we saw that a red bandana was ''escaping'' from the helmet on the toy version.

My guess is that he beats a monster who was wearing that armor, and steal it so that he can infiltrate Winters HQ or the monsters HQ or Karai HQ, wich all 3 of them could be the exact same place...
