Favorite episode in volume five

I just watched the all the episodes of season five of the orginal season three ninja turtles. And I have to say that I enjoyed this volume better than all the other volumes so far. All the episodes where terrific and had great story plots and action and humour.

I even have to say that watching these episodes as an adult I genuanly enjoy them still. And the humour still makes me laugh. I even have an appriction for some episodes now that i didn't have when i was younger. For instance I hated Leatherhead Meets the Rat king episde when I was younger, and now its one of my favorites.

Even though most of the episdes where really great, which episode is volume five was your favorite?

Pizza by the Shred
Beware of the Lotus
Leatherhead terror of the swamps
Making of metalhead
Leatherhead meets the Rat King

I'd generally be inclined to go with Beware the Lotus, but Leatherhead Meets the Rat King was an all around excellent episode, especially with the TMNT kind of taking a back seat to Leatherhead. Rat King was amusing as well, especially with the true nature of his plan unfolding at the very end.

there are so many good episodes in this that its hard to choose for me. But I will say that i thought the weakest episode in this batch was blast from the past. But then I've neverenjoyed episodes where it consists of mostly flash backs of previous episodes. this episode was more of a crash course of wheats gone down and why the Shredder and Splinter hate each so much, for any newbies to the show. this was a back story episode that explained the nuanaces so newbies wheren't going WTF?

Since i know all this stuff I was impatient for this episode be over.

Hey I just re-watched Usagi Come Home again and I was wondering, does Usagi ever get home? Does he show up again in the series, because the title is misleading and it leaves his predictment a little open shut.

Time to bump this thread as promised for the newer members. I voted for Super Bebop and Mighty Rocksteady simply due to having this on video along with all the funny jokes such as the Channel 6 crew acting like kids, dogs, and monkeys. I also like how those mutants really showed how stupid regular Bebop and Rocksteady are.

Usagi Come Home was Usagi's last episode. At the end of the episode, he said he thinks he might like living in this world, so I'm not sure if he got to his home dimension or not.

Anyway, my favorite episode is Leatherhead, Terror Of The Swamps. My choice came very close with Pizza By The Shred and Usagi Yojumbo. I really liked seeing everyone go to Florida and the frogs' southern accents.
