Gargoyles #2 Finally!

Issue two is out today. Got my copy. Anyone else picking this up?

He was always one of my favorite returning characters in the show, so I hope to see more of him. There’s a little bit of character developement, but not much. The issue focues primarily on Goliath and Elisa running from the Quarrymen.

Anyhow, a good start, and so long as there are no more dealys, this should turn into a fantastic book.

I hadn't seen the first episode of Goliath Chronicles in years, so it was all new to me. I can see why some of the more hardcore Gargoyles fans are pissed, though. Five months and not an ounce of new material (save for a couple of new lines, apparently).

At least the delays are supposedly gone for good and we'll be getting all new material from now on.

I was just happy to have a new issue! Yeesh... but yea.. starting with issue 3 we'll be getting the TRUE canon 3rd season...not the crap that Disney put out after Weisman got pissed off and left. Goliath Chronicles isn't canon cuz Weisman wasn't involved....he wrote the first ep (which is the first 2 issues of the new comic) and that's the only one considered canon.

It was really nice of Weisman to appologize for the 5 month delay. That was a nice touch.
