When's the Casey figure coming out?

As the subject says: When can I get my paws on the Casey Jones fig?

All I've heard is that Casey will be included in the second wave of TMNT figures...and they said that would be released in April or so, but I don't believe them and expecting them later than that. Am definitely excited!
