Leo's Butt Wires

Sorry I can't pull a screenshot, but I just noticed something.

I was watching the first TMNT movie (fullscreen version) and during the part where Leo busts into the farm house proclaiming that Splinter's alive, I noticed something really weird.

It's about exactly an hour into the movie for those who haven't seen it in awhile. You'll see it here:

Don: We know, Leo! Of course he is! We--

*camera angle change*

--all think he's alive!

------

When the angle changes, look at Leo's leg. There's a wire hanging out of the bottom of his shell. I've heard of the hand during the scene near the beginning where Don's skateboarding and the eyes inside Don's mouth after Raph wakes up, but I never heard anyone talk about Leo's Butt Wires.

Am I the last one to learn about this or something?
