What is it?
An another question, in the episode with that Mechanical Bull that is power by Shredder, where were they? Still in NYC? |

Mechanical bull powered by Shredder? As far as I know the only time there was any bull that Shredder wanted to control was the bull in the episode "Mutagen Monster", but it wasn't mechanical, it was a mutant formed from 2 bulls that drank the mutagen leaking from the train wreck.
As for the farthest place the Turtles have been, I would have to say Shell-ri-la (Kerma's planet). |

I don't know. Dimension X kinda seems pretty far away! Or that fairy tale dimension!
But on earth, the furthest probably was Japan when they went back in time! In real time, maybe Europe? |

Hm... Dimension X would most likely be the candidate, since that is technically, a very farrrrrrrrrrrr way away
