Is it just me or does the look of the turtles sort of have a resembel the look of the original movie turtles a bit?

There's something about their faces... maybe the big teeth. Their head shapes are pretty different, and their body types are VERY different, but the mouth/teeth have made me draw mental parallels, yes.

not totally. their snouts in the new movie are not as sloped as the first movie, they're shaped differently, their heads are shaped way different...in the 1st movie the best shape to describe Raph's head is triangular...hehe...
new movie, theyre more like an oval on it's side in a way

Hahahha that was so corny but yet so funny... Yeah I kind of thought I was on my own on this one. But something about Raphael's head shape just screams original movie for me for some reason.

I love the new more slender look. The first movie suits had HUGE muscles! Nothing wrong with being bulky but it's cool to see a smaller build. They still look fit and able, just not so swartzeneger. (probably spelled wrong but since we just had a corny line... Is like swartzeneger hard to spell?)

Negative. They look good but uncomparable to any other film. If they had AIDS spots like in TMNT 3 then maybe....

But I think they look fantastic regardless. The humans on the other hand.....they go with the film but will require a full viewing to "get it". Foot Soldiers look fantastic on the plus side.
