Ok I need a bit of help, but I thought it would be fun to use this time of need to play a game. Turtle Trivia.

I hope it isn't in the wrong place to be asking or playing this based on my first trivia question, but I don't think many visit the old toon board as much as this one. Mods can move it if they see fit to, but if anyone wants to ask questions as well, it can be based on the old toon or the new one, or even the movies.

My question...

What was the name of the episode where either Rocksteady or Bebop said, "Fire range, phaser beam," followed by cheesy sound effects?

I do need help knowing what episode it is from but it wouldn't hurt to put it in the trivia context.
