Theme Song Question

I need some help for some research on an article. Does anyone know who currently owns the commercial rights to the original 1987 TMNT cartoon theme song? I need to know this for an article I'm writing. Thanks.

Since the song was written specifically for the cartoon, I assume it would be MWS/Fred Wolf Films (unless another company is credited for it in the ending credits).
