Splinter...how much of the movie is he in?

just talked to someone in Hong Kong and he mentioned to me that Lawrence Cheng (voice of Splinter in the Cantonese dub) said on a radio interview about the new TMNT movie. apparently, Splinter doesn't seem to have alot of dialogue so the dubbing studio offered him another role on top of Splinter.

so for those who've either seen the movie or read the movie, how many appearances does he make in the movie?
