The Kid Who Carried the Turtles

Forgive me if this has come up before, but have there ever been any stories in the comics or the cartoons involving the kid who carried the turtles in a jar? It would be very interesting to see his reaction if he ever ran into the turtles.

Yep, in one of the anthology type Mirage comics (either Plastron Cafe or Turtle soup I think) you see a guy working down in the sewers. We find out that this is the same guy who all those years ago dropped the turtles down the manhole and he's racked with guilt about not going after them. He's secretly searching for the area where they fell whilst working and he comes across it. The bowl is still in the same place, untouched. The turtles then come across him and decide he's not an enemy and leave him alone. He then gets a radio from his boss asking if he's gotten lost again and he says no, he's finally found the place he's supposed to be.

That's what I remember, I don't have the issue in front of me so some of it may be wrong, but that's the jist of it!!! I'm pretty sure it was drawn by AC Farley, but can't remember! And I think the guy's called Chet...

Oh, thanks! That would be an awesome book to track down, but I bet it would be pretty hard to find. Maybe I'll give it a try sometime. I would have expected the turtles to befriend him a little more than that, though (and maybe they did, I imagine your brief summary was very brief), since he's almost like their version of Yoshi. Maybe he didn't tell them who he was. That would explain it, though I would think he'd want to learn all about them and help them out like April did. Laird could always bring him back again later, I suppose, if he ever continues Volume 4.
