live-action TMNT 1&2 re-released on DVD in Hong Kong.

they sure reacted fast to my suggestion.
the live-action TMNT movies are being re-released to DVD in Hong Kong to coincide with the theatrical release of the new TMNT on March 30th (note that the new TMNT movie is being released on the same day).

however, here's the catch: they aren't remastered.
chances of it being uncut are high because we have possession of Fortune Star's film collection. audio-wise, for the first time ever (in Hong Kong), they are available in English and dubbed in Cantonese. as always with Joy Sales, the non-remastered dvd titles use the original movie poster for its front and back cover. it is also region 0 so all dvd players can watch it. i'll get a confirmation on whether it is cut or not so before you go ahead and buy, you can view the cover here.

I don't think there's anything "new" about it. The running time is 90 minutes. If I recall right, the film's running time was 95 minutes, so where did the five minutes go?

they cost about $10 canadian.
