Hello,

It seem there's no R4 DVD ever released for original TMNT, so I decide to import R1 DVDs. I never order anything from oversea before, well, I need some recommendation on where should I shop.

eBay might be the place to check; I think I've seen some DVD auctions starting at $.01 recently. As for an actual store, Amazon.com is always reliable. I also like DeepDiscountDVD.com. Although I don't know what kind of stock they have for any of the TMNT stuff.
