2 TMNT episodes on Feb. 15

Howdy folks. I work for a FOX affilate and therefore have access to promo materials & press releases that the company distributes online. I found this schedule that says there will be two TMNT epiosodes on the 15th, but it doesn't say if it's a repeat or two new episodes.

We will launch these two new shows on Saturday, February 8, 2003, with the following FOX BOX schedule (all times Eastern):

8:00am ET STARGATE INFINITY
8:30am ET KIRBY: RIGHT BACK AT YAH (replacing Fighting Foodons)
9:00am ET KIRBY: RIGHT BACK AT YAH
9:30am ET FIGHTING FOODONS (replacing Ultimate Muscle)
10:00am ET ULTIMATE MUSCLE
10:30am ET TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES (replacing Fighting Foodons)
11:00am ET THE CRAMP TWINS (replacing Kirby)
11:30am ET ULTRAMAN TIGA

Then, on Saturday, February 15, 2003, we will premiere our NEW lineup with the two episodes of TMNT (UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE – all times Eastern):

8:00am ET STARGATE INFINITY
8:30am ET TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES (replacing Kirby)
9:00am ET KIRBY: RIGHT BACK AT YAH
9:30am ET FIGHTING FOODONS
10:00am ET ULTIMATE MUSCLE
10:30am ET TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES
11:00am ET THE CRAMP TWINS
11:30am ET ULTRAMAN TIGA

We’re excited about these two new shows (soon to be hits!), and hope you are, too! We will begin feeding out new show promos for both TMNT and THE CRAMP TWINS in the coming weeks on the weekly kids’ promo feed – don’t miss out. Please call me should you have any questions regarding the above schedules.

As much as I'm excited about the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toon, do you have any idea of what the cramp twins is? And, have you seen the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toon yet?

Well, I haven't, and the Cramp Twins sounds quite twisted. It's probably some kind of kids lame show.

It sounds similar to the ripping friends. Yes,just a lame kids show, you never know though. I think that the old TMNT cartoon should be on instead!

Yes, the 1st episode is one topic, and the next two are both attack of the mousers part 1 and 2, that's why they're playing two on Feb. 15.

Well... Even if that episode is a repeat, I'll definitely be up early in the morning just to watch it again.

Gah damnit, I can't watch Armada now! YTV finally gets it, and Fox Box HAS to stick the good shows on it's time slot... *grumble*

YTV doesn't play enough mature Anime.

The first encounter with baxter is when he creates the mousers, to destroy the turtles home. April O'neil is Baxter's assistant, and figures out that he is performing something illegal. That's how the story starts.

But is the normal time for the show going to stay as 10:30 or will it be at 8:30? Thats so early! I find it hard to beleive that kids actually wake up that early just to watch tv. Crazy!

i think the "new episode" timeslot will be 10:30am and the 8:30am timeslot would be to show a repeat (which is probably why they have two TMNT's on the second week and not the first week). i would really doubt them having 2 episodes on the same day since they only have 26 for a year. i'm sure they wouldn't want to waste them like that.

and has anyone else noticed that TMNT will be the only show on twice during the foxbox now? they really know what main event will be on the foxbox huh

SC: I'm pretty sure the new episodes will be at 10:30 am for us west coasters. And I agree... I didn't get up that early on Saturdays when I was a kid.

PanMan: You're right. I'm glad Fox Box knows which show is going to draw the most viewers.

Oooh! its 10:30 AM for west coast viewers? *whew*! As I usually dont get up til noon, but I'll make an exception for the TMNT

I actually remember growing up in the 80's getting up at ungoshly hours just to watch stuff like Gummi Bears, Muppet Babies, Fraggle Rock animated, Woozles, Kidd Video, the Snorks, and Silverhawks^_^
