turtle pair-ups: Other cartoon villians?

I know this may have been done before but I was just wondering. You know how once in while in most cartoons the good guys have to pair up with the bad guys to reach a common goal and form an uneasy partnership?Ushually some of the best episode involve bad guy good guy team-ups, especially when a bad guy and good guy share similar personalites and they have to interact with each other with outh killing each other?

Well have you ever watched another cartoon series and think, oh my God it would be such a trip to see this bad guy have to partner-up with one of the TMNT.

One of them that i have thought of is Raphael and Saber Tooth from the X-Men. I would love seeing these two having to put up with each other and the intese anger, hostilty, and testoterone simmering between each other as they try to work together

Another is Dontello and Dr. Sarvarious (is that his name?) from the Gargoyals series.They are both scienctifically minded characters and both very clever. I could see thse two entering a battle of wits. I think this one would be the moist interesting because I could see these two trying out wit each other and trying to betray the other despite having sgreed to put up with each other and work together.

Another is Mikey and Harley Quinn from the Animated Batman series!!!! Think about it they are both comedic characters they both shoot off cheesy one liners like it's going out of style, they are both flamboyant and goofy, there both a little crazy in the head. But where Mike is just hyper active and cocky Harely Quinn, for all her goffiness, can is a murderous pshycho who could probably not take a partnership as seriously as Mikey would. However am I the one who can see the hillarity that would ensue if these two where to ever have to put uo with each other? Who would get annoyed first?

Leo I would have to think on him more. What does every one else think? And what sort of situation would hapen to bring about such uneasy allignces?

Did the TMNT and Shredder ever have an uneasy alliance? Off the top of my head I do not remember one, but it is such a common storyline I'd be surprised if it didn't happen.

One of my favorite X-Men stories: God Loves, Man Kills, is about an uneasy alliance between the X-Men and Magneto. It was the story that inspired a good deal of X2. Magneto is a good character to do such a plot with, because he isn't pure evil or anything, he just chooses evil means when it comes to trying to make the world better for mutants. At one point in the comics Magneto was briefly reformed and was the New Mutants' teacher!

Anyway, I think the turtles would have interesting pairings with:

-The Morlocks from X-Men. Okay, the Morlocks are more neutral than villains, but they have a lot in common given that they both live in the sewers and both would be shunned in the outside world for their appearence.

-Doctor Octopus. I dunno, I think he would have some interesting interactions with them. As a scientist, he'd probably be fascinated by them.

-Venom. It would probably be a visually interesting pairing, and it could be an interesting fight when they inevitably have a falling out.

-The Monarch: From Venture Brothers. It would just be hilarious, because with Monarch's voice he can't say anything without being funny.

-Magneto: I wonder if he'd consider the turtles allies as fellow mutants, even though they are a different type of mutant. Maybe he'd try to recruit them into the Brotherhood at the end, claiming humans wouldn't accept them? Although with April and Casey the TMNT already know better.

If you wanna count Karai as The Shredder, they helped her out a few times.

Comics- I vaugely remember Shredder helping the TMNT in one of the "Souls" issues.

Invasion of the Turtle Snatchers had Donatello kinda/sorta work with Rocksteady for the first part of the episode.

I would love to see the Turtles fight the Joker. I mean, that would be amazing on so many damn levels it isn't funny. Think about it. The 2K3 Turtles fighting the Joker and Harley? That would be so epic.

I'd love to see the Mirage turtles finally put an end to The Joker. We know Batman has his "never kill" code, but the original turtles would probably put down Joker for good if they realized how much of a threat he was.

But as far as a team up goes, I don't see Joker ever teaming with someone that isn't a fellow villain. He's just too crazy and untrustworthy.

In the second or third installment of "Souls Winter", the Shredder does come to apparently help the Turtles. But he was the one who originally launched the psychic attack. I am still convinced that this may be the inspiration for the psychic attack in "Bad Day" of 2k3.

I would actually really love to see something like that. Joker from the animated Batman series was awsome and a really twisted yet funny character. What i loved most about the joker is that he was genuanly threatening and creepy despite being a luaghing hiena. And he could definately give the 2k3 turtles a run for their money. I think he would own most of the common every day 2k3 series villans, like Hun, and Baxter Stockmon. I think Hum and Joker interaction would be very interesting.

eh...I think I would rather see 2k3 series turtles go up against Joker rather than Mirage turtles. Some how I think Joker would fit better in the new toons tone much better than Mirage. And the 2k3 turtles aren't unwilling to kill, if Joker showed himself to be a threat I think they would take him down too. The turtles may have an "honor" thing going but I noticed they seem to be more flexiable about using deadly force on the enemy.

Also how about the turtles coming up against "the Pack" from the Gargoyal series. Now that would be entertaining, or maybe Macbeth. I could see MacBeth wiping the floor with them on their first meeting.

I just thought of one for Leonardo to up against and/or have to cooperate with in a cross villan scinario Cat Woman from the Animated Batman series.

I've also thought of them going up against movie villans too. How about TMNT and Jigsaw from the Saw movies. Some how I think an encounter with him would be really interesting and entertaining. But would it be better with 2k3 turtles or Mirage turtles?

I remember a fanfic I started working on that involved the 2k3 TMNT and Spider-Man teaming up to track down Venom before the Utrom Shredder could find him and use the alien symbiote. Unfortunately, I never finished it, but I had drawn a couple sketches of a Shredder-Venom hybrid.

I'm really thinking of finishing it up and possibly reworking some of the concepts. Maybe adding a "Hand/Foot" argument between Raph and Spidey.

Raph: "We're surrounded!"
Spidey: "Oh great. Just what I wanted. A fight with the Hand."
Raph: "You mean the Foot?"
Spidey: "No. The Hand."
Raph: "Foot."
Spidey: "Hand."
Mikey: "Are you guys arguing or doing the hokey-pokey?"
Don: "Right. Maybe there are two appendage-themed ninja clans in this city."

I'm also thinking if this story works out, maybe turning it into a TMNT/Marvel trilogy. The next chapter would probably be TMNT/Daredevil or TMNT/X-Men.

Could any one see the turtles from the classic toon going up against one of the villans from Futurama or the Simpsons? Some how I think it would be really awsome to see the OT turtles having to deal with Side Show Bob or Mr. Burns, that would be so funny and epic. Or how about Mom and her sons from Futurama, she's voiced by Tress macNeile who already provides alot of voices on the old toon, I would just love to see the character interaction between the guys.

The Shredder also teamed up with the Turtles in an issue of Archie's TMNT to fight an evil alien from Dimension X named Belly Bomb.
