Scanning request

*Rooish* · 01-24-2008, 09:40 AM

Could someone please scan and PM me the original frotispieces for Tales Vol. 1? You know, the seven issues? I bought the treasury edition, and, well ... Murphy's a heck of a writer, but if it ain't broke, don't fix it. From the cropped images online I've seen, those original frontispieces were pretty cool.

If someone could do that I would definitely worship him/her.

You could just buy the issues on e-bay or something. They're not unreasonable.

*Rooish* · 01-24-2008, 11:50 AM

That's true and it's occurred to me, too, but I was just wondering if anyone could scan them out of the kindness of their heart.

Hey, you quote me in your sig! Cool. Great quote out of context ...

Come on, pretty please? I'll even thank you in my signature. I will write: "<insert your name here> is the best."

PAAATE · 01-25-2008, 04:45 PM

I'll do it if you send me the new ones..

Where's Raph's Girl when you need her?

Why do we need Raph's Girl again?

Done and sent!

Edit: Thanks a ton, PAAATE. Also if anyone wants my crappy scans of the new pages of the Tales TPB, PM me.

So are you all set, Roo? I can do it for ya if still need it.

*Rooish* · 01-31-2008, 05:12 AM

Yup, I got it already, Neutrino! Thanks a ton though. PAAATE traded me scans of the old frontispieces for my scans of the new frontispieces.

As for your request, Dragnskull, I don't know of anywhere where you can read all the comics ... but you can read the most up-to-date issues of the ongoing Vol. 4 comic WOWIO. But I don't know many details ... check out the January 24 update on the official site ...

To add to this, for Dragnskull; some of Vol. 1 is available to read at ninjaturtles.com.
