I TOLD you Donny officially had a problem with Leo!

Check this out:

Leo wanted to save Karai-->

But sadly it depended on Donny's intelligence to open the cage-->

Donny nailed him right by playing innocent-->

(See the lines:
Don:"This place's amazing!"
Leo:"Let's stay focus Donny!"
Don:"I've never seen anything so..."
Karai:"Time's of absence(?) Donatello!"
Don gave a easy smile and said:"Uh, sorry.")

In the end, Donny deliberately called upon Leo's help and made him looked like an idiot who couldn't even see through the obvious fact that the uper ring held all the energy that captured Karai. -_-

What do they call this? "play hard to get" or something?

In the sight of a lady's life hanging on the edge, what did he do? That's definitely not a Donny style, agree? So why would he do that already? The answer is here: He KNEW that Leo wanted Karai to live and he wanted Leo to be scared.

--Screencaps from Hun On The Run.

P.S I found this absolutely by accidence when I was supposed to edit the MV.

Essence, not absence.

And I have no clue what you're babbling about. This is equal to a fangirl saying that because one male character smiled at the other, that they have a secret gay relationship and starts writing yaoi fiction about it. Taking one minute detail, blowing it out of proportion, and making up details to support it is not a viable theory. Donny simply geeked out. He does that all the time.

So it's "time's of essence", not "of absence"? Duh! Why didn't I think of it?>.<

There you misunderstood me, Mr. S, I'm not too much into YAOI as you may assume to be qualified as a fangirl, and "gay relationship" does not so much= "YAOI", really, it's widely misconcepted, but it's true.
There's one thing, another:

In all honesty, I mean not to prove anything named Leo/Don "gay relationship".
What I'm managed to get at is there goes a rivalry between them.

Didn't recieve deserved responses to my seamless theory, I'm dissapointed. :<

But one thing you said made me smile:"one male character smiled at the other, that they have a secret gay relationship and starts writing yaoi fiction about it. "

XDDDDD made my day.

Men, are all fangirls like that to you?

This is probably why people assume you were suggesting something homosexual. 'Playing hard to get' is strictly related to dating. You were right earlier when you said Don was 'playing innocent'. You could also say he was 'playing dumb', if you absolutely need to state it a different way.

"Time is of the essence" is a common idiom in the English language meaning that time is an important factor in the current situation.

Personally, I think you're reaching for explanations that are insignificant. But, I agree that Don was being oddly coy in that example. Happy now?

While that is the typical stereotype for fangirls, it's basicly just a joke like saying all men are perverted slobs (pigs) or all women are crazy. It's just a means of teasing people in a particular category by characterizing them with extreme examples.

Syd are you a guy or a girl?

Any way I've wanted to see a sort of friendly competion between Leo and Don. These two never interact with each other and something like that would be cool to see.

..........Mmmmmmmm
But "play dumb" sounds... undonny! Also "play hard to get" was publically appearing in the movie twice, it's not supposed to be related to homo... 0[]o

... insignificant? How can you admit the fact that Donny was acting oddly in a epid while say it's insignificant? No offence, but, you see my point.

I can't agree, for that part, I really can't agree. "Fangirls" is a complicated fan group made up of members of many different subtle classes... ah-oh, and my point is you never know what kind the typical is to them.

All men are perv pigs? 0_o

Oh-oh-they should have! Actually, there went a unspoken fight between them especially featured in season 2 and 3. Revisit season 2 and 3, my friend.

@The S
Sorry still no clue. -_-

Okay, syd. I tried to see where you were coming from. I even went ahead and watched the scene again to understand what you meant. But I disagree mainly because you are making a case based on very little evidence. As The S stated before, Don was having one of his 'geek moments', getting sidetracked by the advanced technology while trying to figure out how to get Karai out of her trap. You're right in that he acted a little less chivalrous than he normally would to women in danger, but c'mon! It's Karai! They're not exactly best buddies, you know? At any rate, he figured out how to break the forcefield. He called Leo over, not to scare him, but because he couldn't slice through the machine with his bo. That's all.

Basically, you need give more evidence of this "problem" you claim Donny has with Leo, because I'm not seeing it. Not in this particular case, anyway.
