Why did Splinter keep complaining about ninja tribunal doing nothing when Yoshi was murderred?

If Youshi was still alive Splinter'd never meet the turtles, and we'd got nothing to disscuss here, no, there'd be no technodrome.com at all. 0_o

1. This belongs in the NEW cartoon discussion

2. The Technodrome appears on the OT, not the new toon. There was a tech.com before the 2k3 series so the tribunal's actions have no bearing on the technodrome's existance.

3. I will agree that Yoshi's death was critical as far as the turtles' origin goes. If Yoshi had never been killed, Splinter would not have left Yoshi and thus, no turtle adventures.

Well technically Yoshi wasn't killed in the OS cuz Splinter WAS Yoshi.

But yes...other than Archie and the OS Yoshi and Teng Shen's deaths are critical to the story.
