did they ever make ALL 3 mutant shredders from the return to NY story?

i know they made the one with the claws and the one with the 4 arms but i wasnt sure if they made the 3rd one?

Unfortunately, that's a negative. Would have made sense to pack him in with Claw Shredder instead of that ridiculous gun.

Is one of the Mini Mutant Shredders a passable substitute?

I just used a regular mini shredder I found at Family Dollar. Put armorized Shredder's helmet on there, and boom, instant clone.

I'm actually thinking of doctoring up a Mini-Mutant Four-Armed Shredder to be my Mini Shredder.

Yeah, that was one of the worst omissions Playmates ever did, in my opinion, giving us two of the mutant Shredders, but not the third. Like, The S said, it would have been easy to make him an accessory for one of the other two.
