They look like junk to me, and you only get one for $19.99, plus another $19.99 shipping and handling. You can buy these kind of things at like any strip mall or flea market for less than half that. 440 Stainless Steel isn't saying anything at all, and I can guarantee you at that price that it's got like no tang, so the first time you swing it, the blade will probably fall right off.

I guess if you're just looking at it from a costume point of view, it'd be just fine, but still overpriced.

I would modify these for conventions.

I haven't seen any with square guards at flea markets. There all round.
