Rare Variant MUTATIN' figs?

I just found this picture on ebay. It's Mutatin' Shredder but in a more traditional packaging than the regular Mutations line (which came in boxes).
Notice the "Ninja Power" title on the packages.

I've never seen these before. Any thoughts?

This guy also has variants of Mutatin' Foot Soldier, Splinter, and Mike. There is also a "Ninja Power" packaging of the "ninja action" Turtles listed:

They were part of the 10th Anniversary rerelease line. They're not really that rare, per se... they go for quite cheap most of the time on eBay. I got that Shredder you posted above for about $10 or so. They are on the whole, a bit tougher to find than the regular boxed variety, however. The Mutations, I believe, are actually the most common Ninja Power figures - at least those are the ones I see most often.

No problem. Others around here might have a more accurate tale on these things, though.

Oh like say me? heh
I've got images of every single figure re-released in this series (wouldn't say released because then that'd be a lie as they all came out before).
Not every figure that was on the back of the box saw a re-release though, and there are about 3 or 4 packaging changes through this series of figures.

Seriously, that whole time I was just reading this thread I was thinking, "I wonder how long it is going to take Vaughn to pounce on this?" lol

Even though you're one of the "gurus" on the subject around here, I try to not pidgeonhole you as the sole voice of reason if possible, since, y'know, you probably have other stuff to do overnight that would prevent you from being here to elaborate on something.
