That doll is actually not too horrible. I've seen freakier-looking ones. :S

It looks like a smaller version of a sleeping bag I used to actually sleep in as a kid.

The sleeping bag would looked so much better without the doll. Or the seller should have used a different doll or his just his hand for size reference.
