...and not made by Bandai. Not even in Japan where Playmates doesn't exist.
EDIT: Oh wait, it's from the UK. Did Bandai release TMNT in the UK? I don't think they did, but I could be wrong.

Bandai did release some TMHT figures in the UK. I have a Sword Slicin' Leonardo with the Bandai logo on it.
