Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: 25th Anniversary Collectors Edition Trailer

http://www.imdb.com/video/screenplay/vi1967325977/

If nobody seen this yet, they finally made a trailer for the 4 movies box set. They don't mention about the special features, but in the Blu Ray box they have some collector's stuff.

Turtle beanie, 4 cards and a re-print of some Mirage book, probably Vol 1.1. The Pizza things look to be the disk sleeves.

It's clearly the adaptation of the first movie. It was published by Archie, wasn't it?

Mirage did one too. Archie's version looked quite different than that.

In fact, a little research and you can tell it is the Mirage release of the 1st movie adaptation. Thanks Andy.

It is the first movie adaptation, but that particular edition was published by Mirage in B&W:
http://www.ninjaturtles.com/comics/m...ovie/movie.htm

Although Archie did publish two color editions of the same adaptation of the first movie:
http://www.ninjaturtles.com/comics/a...e1/movie1.html
EDIT: Prestige color edition may have been published by Mirage. Site seems a little contradictory and I don't have a copy of it handy.

EDIT x2: Looks like Jester beat me to the punch!

Pretty cool that they got Mikey Kelly to narrate the trailer. They got a turtle to promote the turtles.

I just got the news that the turtles are opening up an event at the Tribeca film festival. I'm awaiting details and will update. But Thursday night is all I know right now. It has to do with the DVD release.

well, that's pretty sweet, cept i already have the 07 movie on dvd, so i don't really see a reason for me to buy another copy of it, although, the 3 original tmnt movies on Blu-Ray would be sweet, guess i could sell my dvd copy of the 07 movie

Is there any reason to get the DVD version if I already have the movies on DVD?

"Get an awesome selection of totally cool stuff" makes it sound like these items don't REALLY come with the set. I think their advertising the coupon/catalog booklet DVDs come with. Not that I care since I don't even have, nor have any desire for, a Blu-Ray Player. Unless this thing has some of the extras that we all know exists and just waiting to be used, I see little to no point to this set (depends if you have the movies and the price).
