I love Saturdays

Is every one else as excited when saturdays come as i am??

Now that TMNT is back saturdays have a meaning a reason for being around.

I can't wait till tomorrow I want to see the new ep and find out whats gonna happen next.

(and i am not ganna go to the ninja turtle page and read the things

Yeah saturdays kick ass now! I sorta like ultimate muscle, and i can tolerate fighting foodons, but when tmnt starts, BOOM i'm soooo happy

i really look forward the He-man and TMNT on sat. to pass the time i really like to watch jackie chan, the mummy, and then Justice League. i would watch X-Men: Evolution too but that's when TMNT is on

I usually work on saturdays...so since I would tape the show anyway I tape it and watch it over and over again...

BUT...i will say this... looking forward to saturday makes my week go a lot faster! Can you believe its already been five weeks?!

Seems like no time at all. It's so weird, but in the early week, Mon.-Wed., I look forward to Saturday and it seems to take so long to get here. Thurs. and Fri. I work, so those days crawl along at a snail's pace anyway. Then, when Saturday comes, I watch the eps, thinking how fast the week went by! Time really is relative.

Saturdays are a Mecca located in time. That beautiful 24 hour period where I rise late and fall late. Cartoons in the morning, Sci Fi at night. I myself wish that all other days be done away with, that only the 6th day remain. Why? Because I'm a nerd....I don my star trek comm badge, my batman pin, I sit intently and stare at a TV from 8 a.m. to 8 a.m. Can you believe communists don't have Saturdays? Or is that Christmas? Oh man! What if Christmas and Saturday both fell on the same day? I would most likely overload from joy....this is on the quiz! in anybody listening?

YES!!! Now my craving for turtles is being fed again!!! I love Saturdays... and it's a weekend too!!! But that doesn't matter to adults with jobs. But hey, I'm an adult (okay, a "young" adult), just not with a job. So Saturdays mean something now.

Let me give you a general idea on how my weeks go:

The lowest point of my week is right as Monday starts. I have to live through a whole week of school, and a week is forever to me. Lately I've been wanting to weekend to come so much that I seriously think it's Friday when it's actually Tuesday! Yeah...

By the time Wednesday comes along my esteem is little higher. It's right smack-dab in the middle of the week, so I'm not too down, but not very chipper either. Mediocre, as they put it.

Come Thursday I'm happy about the fact that it's only one more day until Friday! Other than that, it's just another day

On Friday I'm a very happy guy. It's usually video day in Physics, always free-choice reading in English (with snacks to boot!), a plain old lab day in Computer Science (that usually means I'm done within 5 minutes and can surf the 'net), and to top it off, I come home much earlier than usual most of the time on Fridays. Add to that it's the beginning of the weekend, life can't get much better!

Until Saturday, that is

Come 7:30 CST, I'm watching the re-run of the last TMNT episode aired! Then I wait 2 hours for the new ep to come on. I'm in total ecstasy for that half-hour! That's the highest point of my week. The rest of day is more than likely spent on IRC waiting for the encode of the latest ep to be served by the fservers. Only one time have I actually gotten the encode the day it was made (last week's episode). Every other time I've had to wait until Sunday to get it.

My week starts to wind down on Sundays. That's usually my day for everything last-minute (homework, chores, projects, etc.). It goes by so fast that I always feel like I wasted my weekend.

Then comes Monday again. Go figure...

Aside from TMNT? No. What else is there on besides TMNT? Disney ABC has some psuedo hip cartoons, but thats about it. The Fox Box minus TMNT is attrocious.

I've loved Saturdays for years now. Always have. I was an avid viewer of Fox Kids when it was still around - stuck through for all 3 seasons of Digimon, Beast Machines, Mon Colle Knights, RiD... ah, those were the days...

Lately, my Saturday scheduale goes like this:

7:00 AM: Reboot-YTV
7:30 AM: Beyblade (PURELY for mocking purposes, I assure you)-YTV
8:00 AM: Beast Machines-YTV
8:30 AM: Transformers Armada-YTV
9:00 AM: Kirby (the sole reason I started to watch the Fox Box originally)-FXBX
9:30 AM: Fighting Foodons (I steered clear of this at first, but now I watch it, mainly cause the art is similar to what I try to do, and the girls are cute)-FXBX
10:00AM: Ultimate Muscle (I also didn't want to watch this, but fate gave in and I'm really digging it now)-FXBX
10:30: TMNTG2 (does this NEED an explanation?
