New, NEW TMNT intro

Hey guys. As you know, one of the posters here edited his own very cool intro for the show. This inspired me, and so I was talking with my good friend Brandon and we decided to make our own. As mentioned, I work as a DJ so I remixed the classic theme song and he did the editing from the episodes he had captured (all 5). Then, I did one or two re-edits on the video, converted the large mpeg to a wmv, and here we go.

Get ready for a new theme song, and a new intro...

Yeah it was ok. I found the music a bit too slow it lost it's up beat tempo. Also the voice clips threw off the experience a bit as well.

The music is the same tempo it always was.

jk, i liked how you had the movie, and sound together i dno how to explain itlike it coordinated or something, but the song was too slow, i was waiting for the end

if the music wasnt that slow, it would get 100%

Again, the music's tempo is UNCHANGED. It hasn't been slowed down a bit. Thats just a different beat over it.

Another tmnt video !!
I like it, you made the scenes fit the song (I love the Splinter and Raph part). At first I thougth that the voices were an editing mistake.

But I've realised it wasn't and it's a great idea to take off some of the weird old turtles voice and put some of the new one in the song !

If you make another one, plz tell me !! I'm a big music video fan and I only have 3 about tmnt... (and I'm counting yours and mine there).

Finally... someone who sounds appreciative of the video. I thought that the video was great! The new beat was more modern and I could bob my head to it. The voice-overs were great... and everything fit perfectly. I loved it...

JOSH!!! WHAT UP! This brought back SOME GREAT memories...nothing, and I mean nothing beats the original theme intro...that just gives me great turtle shell kickin memories! (such is why I LOVVVE the intro to the first TMNT arcade game)

Why oh why couldnt they have done an updated intro on the old one like they did on TF Armada?

because they don't own the rights to the old song, like hasbro owns the right to everything transformers

*tsk* If you guys think the music is slow, download the whole video onto your PC's hard drive, then watch it.

Just watched Mitril's before this, and the song is the same tempo.

I like how your's started Josh. It had the sort of imagery an intro should have... but then when we got to the part with April and ther voicetrack they hav... eh.. that was too much audio happening at once to follow.

I also liked the images Mitril used in his video for Splinter and the Turtles (mostly since they had better transitions inbetween), and again, the voice adds were too much. The voices from the original toon were good enough for me. I also liked the pic of Mike spinning chuks atop the batlle shell more for some reason.

The ending was sudden... maybe try to find a way to make the last cartoon image last out a beat longer after the end of the music, before the credit screen appears. Fade ins are fun to play with too.

Over all, good job both of yahs!
