Can someone answer my question?

Now I'm not sure which season this was from or anything, but I remember watching a TMNT episode (cartoon) where Donatello found out that the turtles were still mutating. They started getting kinda bigger and looked a lot more ferocious. Is this the last episode of the old TMNT cartoon, or is this some other episode in the series? I remember seeing it on TV too, so it wasn't a fake or anything. Thanks.

It was during the Red Sky Series. It was about the 5 episode I believe.

The Red-Sky Seasons as I prefer to call them were the last three years of the series (1994-1996).

I personally believe that the show did alot better in 1993 then it ever had done before.

Yes, season 7 was a step to better direction, but unfortunately, it didn' help the ratings. Red Sky seasons did.

To make it look darker I guess. The animation was overall diifrent, and much better. But I think they could have done the same with blue sky.

yea I hated that it was always night time. Man that got old fast. Kinda weird how dark the whole series became specially on account of how cartoony, and bright it was in the 3rd 4th and 5th seasons.

Well I liked the fact that the TMNT couldn't just run in the city in full daylight. But I understand it might have been a shock to the fans of the goofier TMNT.

There's nothing wrong with liking the "goofy TMNT." Shredder and I, the administrators, both prefer the original cartoon, and there are several others here who do also.

As I have said before, the original cartoon is still great (though the last few seasons were different)..even today. The new series is also exciting.
