Plastron Cafe

I'm oh so very close to finishing my Mirage TMNT collection (canon wise), and I was wondering about Mirage's Plastron Cafe series. I read in Vol. 1 #44 that the four issues of the series contain some TMNT stories written by Peter Laird and Co. Can someone confirm this? If anyone here has them or has read them please give me your thoughts as to whether or not these issues are worth picking up.

Would that be Casey Jones: North by Downeast #1? If so I already have that too. If short stories is all that it is then I might not bother.

Anyone else with any PC info?

Get Plastron Cafe!!!

Yes, it is a collection of short stories, including the Casey Jones one. But if nothing else, at least get Plastron Cafe #1. It has THE BEST TMNT short story EVER. It's called "Old Times" and is by Peter Laird. It shows us a future Donatello and leaves you with many questions. But even so, it makes you cry.

Thanks Rose. You've sold me. My favorite TMNT issues are the ones with strong emotional sentiment. Like Vol. 1 Issue 28 "Sons of the Silent Age"
