What if SHREDDER killed KARAIs parents?
It is always said that KARAIs parents abandoned her, what if SHREDDER murdered her parents so that he could have a loyal commander for his foot ninja, this would have been an interesting plot twist, I dont think that it wasever hinted at in the comics and for sure not in the tv series. It would be interesting to see how she would react to finding out the man she had been serving so loyally had actually murdered her parents.

In the comics, Karai didn't serve the Shredder; she was leading the Japanese branch of the Foot and came to the States to try and straighten out the mess Saki left after his death.
As far as your theory, I could see it working in 2K3: perhaps Ch'rell happened across the baby/toddler after decimating a village/whatever and for reason felt something akin to sympathy. Interesting. |
