Enemy TMNT cannot fight?

I was watching through some of my OT DVDs when I came across "Combat Land" which while a weird episode, I found interesting in its own right. However, the main thing that struck me about it was a scene near the climax:

Leonardo and Michelangelo have been replaced with look-alike robotic clones whom are sent to fight Donatello and Raphael. Faced with this situation, OT Raph raises a fist to fight back and comments "Oh, he looks too much like Michelangelo; I can't do it."

So, that prompted this thought from me: in any of the TMNT universes, be it OT, NT, comics, etc. are there enemies that the turtles are incapable of fighting, either psychologically or physically? Who and why?

As for my own thoughts on the subject, I tend to think that them fighting one another is an interesting situation. They may train against one another but if it was truly a brother-vs-brother all out brawl (pick your poison as to what caused it)...well, could they do it? I think in most cases, probably not. Now, Raph and Leo probably could fight but I don't think either one could throw the death blow, regardless of what they say they think about each other. I think they are pretty protective of one another that even a dire situation couldn't make them seriously hurt each other.

Thoughts? My experience is currently limited to the OT, NT and movies. I'd love insight from people who have read the comics.

A line in the current Mirage story Dark Shadow hinted that no matter how bad it got between Leo and Raph it never led to lethal blows.

As for the OT Turtles, even with the 'darker' Red Sky feel, they never got into any serious fights or squabbles against each other. Even when Raph kicked Leo in an ep, Leo never got angry and followed up on it.

I dont think none of the turtles could kill each other or splinter. I wonder if they would kill any allies if their lives depended on it? ex. April, Kc

when did this happen?

And I disagree on the turtles never got into squabbles or serious fights with each other in the OT. Alot of season eight (red sky) dealt with them fighting or other wise disagreeing with each other.

As to the subject at hand, there was another time in the OT where the turtles fought one another. In season two's episode Splinter No More, there is a scene when the turtles walk into a trap set by Shredder, that is supposed to stimulate agression in the brain and the turtles start insulting and fighting each. Raphael squared off with Donatello and Leonardo squared off with Michelangelo. There is a brain wave altering aparatus nearby messing with their heads, so the fact they go all out can be chalked up to that. But it is interesting to note the psychological reasons behind why each turtle picked which turtle to fight with.
