While on the East Coast for NYCC, I had the opportunity to visit the house where Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird created the Ninja Turtles.

That's awesome, thanks for posting the pics! I know Peter was there not long ago visiting, but for some reason he didn't post photos, pretty cool to see what it looks like now. I wonder if the person buying it has even the slightest idea the historical significance of the property?
