Do you swallow pomegranate seeds?

I never do that. I eat the berries one by one when I eat pomegranate and I never eat the seeds...although I know some ppl just swallow a handful of them at a time after a little bit chewing.

What about you? Do you eat pomegranate seeds?

I just rip it apart and chow down, pomegranates are super messy, and they taste delicious.
