Not quite. That was "Ray", an unrelated fish mutant. Ray Fillet/Man Ray was supposed to be in that episode, but Ryan Brown and Steve Murphy protested to him being used as a villain.

Ace Duck was seen when the Turtles were watching a movie on TV. His character doesn't actually exist in that version.

In the Archie comics Ace Duck is a wrestler on Stump Asteroid.

1. No

2. No but he did appear in a toy commercial that used animation from the toons. So it's likely he was in scrapped/unfinished episode.

3. Yes he was in Night Of Rogues although strangely he and the turtles act like they've already met

4. No

5. No

6. No

7. Yes. Planet of the Turtleoids & Escape from the Planet of the Turtleoids.

8. Yes. He had a brief cameo in Attack of the Big Macc as a character on a tv show.

9. No

10. Mostly No. He was originaly written in Rebel Without a Fin but Ryan Brown didn't agree with the character being a villain. They agreed to replace him with a new character. Although "Ray" was essentialy the same.

11. Yes. Planet of the Turtleoids.

12. Yes. Raphael meets his match.

13. No
