If 2k3 had a DTV what would you like to be?

Sure we have Turtles Forever, but thats more of a team up movie even if it does focus on 2k3. Try to make it somewhat realistic since we know they wouldn't have made the DTV about the ratking or something that was continuity heavy or required much prior knowledge since it would need to be stand alone for the most part. The Shredder Wars could have been nice but I think I would have liked more a new villain.

I don't think a DTV based on the Rat King would necesarily be continuity heavy. He only had one proper apearance in the whole show and two small cameo. Not exactly a lot to reference. A story were Bishop is trying to hunt him down with the turtles caught in the middle could've been cool.

Ironicaly the Shredder Wars would continuity heavy. You'd need to know the history of the Utrom, Tengu and Cyber Shredders and some knowledge of BTTS.

I actualy think a quasi in continuity of adaption of a Mirage story like say...The River. Utilising the 4kids voice cast and slightly altered designs to somewhat emulate the comic art like the All Star Superman DTV did with the Quietly art. It was never going to happen...but a man can dream, a man can dream.

A faithful adaption of the Image series.

I think they could actually cram it into a movie, since the issues were really really short and you'd have to cut out all the Vanguard/Night Watchman stuff anyways.

The much hinted at "Shredder War" or maybe even some longer comic adaptations, like the Turnstone arc, or even Future Shark.

Close, "Direct To Video". Like, DVD only (typically they don't air on TV).

I think an updated version of Krang and the technodrome could be a fun idea to see the 2K3 ninja turtles (pre-turtles forever) going up against.

Without shredder or bebop and rocksteady, and a lot more fierce and vicious (he is a warlord convict after all), Krang could prove to be a serious 60+ minute threat against the 'turtles. The whole world, for that matter. More so than the triceratons.

My first choice would be a DTV based off the "Halls of Lost Legends" comic from Volume one of Mirage.

I also would have liked to see a story with all the guys traveling to Usagi's universe.

For me it would have to be The Shredder War just to wrap everything up. A post-FF/pre-BTTS movie would be nice as well, showing the last battle with Darius and the Dark Turtles and probably redeeming them.

For something not as continuity heavy (both of those are wrap-up movies after all) I really like Vernon's idea of an updated 2K3 version of Krang and the Technodrome.

I feel like "The River" and "Halls of Lost Legends" would have been cool episodes (perhaps two-parters), but not so much as movies.

I would have LOVED to see a very long Shredder Wars movie taking place after Turtles Forever, with some smaller storylines interwoven into it, such as Hun trying to work with the turtles to be reverted back into a human state, the turtles often running into Bishop as they try and track down and try and eradicate the mutation genes in the remaining Foot Soldiers, and the turtles trying to find a new home. Mikey could even go back and try and find Klunk in the collapsed lair.

Meanwhile, Khan could escape from Maximum Security prison and search endlessly in the Foot network for any small bit of Shredder saved onto the network. Finding it, he uses the invention made in Virtual Reality Check. Cyber-Shredder comes back to life.

Meanwhile, in an alleyway in New York, Ch'Rell finds himself back in the 2003 universe, realizing that somehow, when the beam of the Technodrome was unplugged, the system was rebooted and the death beam became a trans-dimensional beam.

Not sure how we could bring Tengu Shredder back, but they'd figure out a way. Maybe the turtles could bring some of the warriors from the Battle Nexus and Reality Check worlds to fight. Maybe there could be some cool songs in the movie. Some Cryoshell songs would go great with it.

In a nutshell, a Shredder Wars movie would be awesome.

Something in the vein of 'same as it never was', and for some reason I've always liked the episodes where the tmnt are in prehistoric times. Maybe something like 'Turtles Lost in Time', where one by one they find each other and then defeat the cause of their woes in the future (in which we could see the Shredder Wars).
