Does your girlfriend/boyfriend/husband/wife also enjoy TMNT?

If you're dating or are married, does your mate enjoy TMNT? Have you tried to introduce them to the Turtles properly? Do they take any interest in it? Or do they just view it as a passing interest you have and leave it at that?

Most of us are so heavily into the Turtles that our girlfriend/boyfriend or wife/husband could not be oblivious to it. So what about you and your significant other?

My wife is an OT only fan. She likes Leonardo. I tick her off often by talking about the Turtles way too much.

Me and my girlfriend have had a OT see-through. She enjoys it, but not as much as I do

An old girlfriend who I dated for a while liked the Mirage books. She was a big fan of the early Eastmas and Laird art but was ambivelant about the story. And she liked certain issues of Tales, but she was thrown off by the constantly changing art style and story tone.

She thought all the movies and cartoons were corny though. Oh well, good thing she's gone

Pretty much the same situation over here! Only, it's my girlfriend and I got her into TMNT (a little) with the first movie, the CGI movie, and the 2k3 cartoon. She likes Leo too. She can tolerate it, but I can't really talk about them with her too much these days. I think the cuteness of being a dork factor to her has worn off and now she finds it annoying when I go into ultra-fandom mode, which is often. She doesn't really understand my love for mutant Turtles, but hey, at least she's supportive of them and she even is (a tad) supportive of my collection.

My wife thinks it's cool but she really isn't ''into'' the turtles. I rarely talk about Tmnt anyways. Im not obsessed. So she doesn't get annoyed with it.

Oh yeah. My wife absolutely loves Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. She was a fan of the original cartoon when she was growing up. Kinda weird, I wouldn't expect a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon to be something that girls would've frequently watched. But I'm finding that there were many many girls who enjoyed watching the original TMNT cartoon.

My husband is not a fan of the Turtles. But he doesn't mind that I'm a huge fan.

My husband is pretty cool about my interest in TMNT- he grew up with the cartoon, enjoys the movies and likes checking out the merchandise I sell...however he does not support me having a large collection of my own.

I've dated ones with a casual interest and one that was crazy 'bout 'em. Also a lot of those "not-really-dating-but-kinda"s were TMNT fans.

A few years ago I worked with a young lady who said she liked the Ninja Turtles. If I were 8 years younger I would've definitely asked her out.

My wife enjoys them, but not as much as me. She is a trekkie though so I make fun of her for that. But we both enjoy going to conventions together.

There is this one girl that I've known for years that I have a mad crush on, but she moved to the other side of the country from me. Not only did I find out after the fact that she had a crush on me too, but she enjoys the movies and possibly the OT (maybe more, haven't grilled her about it yet). I may have to relocate soon before she gets snatched up by someone else.
