Help me choose my tattoo.

I like most members have been a lifer when it comes to TMNT fandom. I have recently decided to take my love for all things TMNT to the next level.....a tattoo. I figured nothing would be more fitting than choosing an iconic image from the infamous TMNT vol. 1 number one. However, I am open to any ideas that come my way. I am a sucker for anything from the 80's so please keep that in mind. Here is where you come in. What image should I use and where should it be tattooed? I was thinking about the classic first image of the boys in the trash filled alley way. I havent been able to find any really good images online yet. So please post your ideas and nice, clear scans that I could print would be amazing as well.

Are you sure you wanna use the first issue? There aren't too many group shots in it as far as I can recall.
There are plenty of early E/L pieces to choose from though, old commissions, pinups, etc.

Good question. I would like to stick to issue 1. However, I am not a collector or an expert in TMNT art and therefore have not seen a lot. So the commissions, pinups and others that you mentioned could be a possibility. Perhaps I should just change this to a "post an image of whatever you think would make a badass tattoo" thread.

Does any one have a clear, large image of the alley from page one that I referenced in my initial post?
