Custom DVD-VHS art/inserts

One thing I hate about the TMNT DVD sets (both Lionsgate and Funimation) is the lack of an episode listing. The Lionsgate sets generally don't tell you what episode is on what disc either, making it inconvenient to sort through them. I've made printable episode listings for my FW Season 4-6 sets, and decided to spruce up the latter two with some color and screencaps!

I made these a while back and I'm not too proud of the Season 6 one these days since I had to chop away most of the screencaps (poorly chosen screencaps, I might add) due to the dimensions of the DVD case. I think I did a decent job on Season 5, given that it was also the most challenging one to crop and plan.

I know there have been a number of people that have made custom art for their TMNT VHS tapes and DVDs because they didn't like the existing covers. I figured this might be a fun place to post fan creations!

I like the idea of this. If someone could give me proper dimensions, I'd love to make some of these for the ones that need 'em.

I think I went by a 5x5 inch template for Lionsgate Season 5 pizza box.

Also make sure not only to include the copyright but the correct years on each disk, as it alwys says (C)1990, 1991, 1992 Fred Wolf films even though many episodes came out before and after those years. It would also be neat to have the Technodrome/Channel 6 building on some of these! And lots of those summaries could have been improved, such as "Michelangelo's new weapon" or the location the Technodrome is now or the countries/places in Europe during that arc. If you really want to get into the details, place stuff like some of the credits on the insert and the various toys by Playmates incorporated into the OT.

Sorry to resurrect the old thread, but I couldn't find another using the search. I am looking to see if anyone has taken a crack a making a "complete series" custom cover. I am thinking of buying 2 DVD cases that each hold 12 discs in a normal-sized case, and I am looking for some custom art to put on it since I missed out on the Turtle Van case and already own all the discs.
