According to Greg Cipes (on twitter), Nickelodeon's flying a TMNT blimp over LA right now.

man...two weeks ago I had a very real dream in which I turned my head to suddenly see the real live action turtles blimb from the ot flying above the city in a sunny spring sky...woah!that was really nice!

As flimsy as this sounds, I did see a blimp today, but I paid no mind to it. Could it have been the Nick blimp? Most likely.
