What is A Fair Price For A Lawson Page??

I have the chance to make an offer on a Lawson page. It isn't an important issue (Tales book), but it has all 4 turtles and splinter on it. Looks to be in great shape, and is signed on the right white margin.

I am fairly new to buying pages, as the only one I have is a Duncan page I paid $180 for.

Any help would be appreciated. Feel free to message me if you don't feel comfortable posting prices here.

I believe the page I bought from Jim @ SDCC (it was from the Tales story "Day in the Life") cost me $40. They weren't expensive.

He is protective of pages from issue 70 though, just a warning.
