Ninjas in third intro
In the third intro to the cartoon they appear to be fighting human ninjas what the heck where they human foot soldiers? I don't remember seeing them in the cartoon. http://www.ninjaturtlesnetwork.com/RM/Intro003.rm

They were trained by and working for some psycho named "Megavolt" and they're not foot soldiers. It was in "State of Shock". Very nice episode.

Why they chose the name Alex Winter for Megavolt's real name is hardly a coincidence to me...

Yeah. But it was spelled Mega-Volt and in old toon TMNT, it was Megavolt all in one word.

I was a big fan of Darkwing Duck back in those days, so I was pretty surprised to hear them use that name. I bet someone at the Walt Disney company was pissed when they found out the guys writing TMNT ripped off one of their cartoon characters. They even used the initials DW.
