Interquels

If the many versions of TMNT had interquels, or stories which take place within an episode/issue/movie or in between such elements, which ones would you like to see the most?

For the OT, I'd like to see the transformation of the sky from blue to red in TMNT in between Shredder Triumphant! and Get Shredder, and explain the many elements that caused the shift to Red Sky, including Krang's android body getting destroyed and thrown into the Technodrome in Dimension X, April getting rid of her yellow jumpsuit, the Turtles starting to look a bit older in terms of their faces and deciding that they no longer like pizza, and Shredder coming up with a plan to take care of the Channel 6 building at the end. A Christmas episode between Seasons 5 and 6 is another good one. Heck, I wouldn't mind if the original voice cast reunited for some special episodes, perhaps direct to DVD that feature the original 2D animation style and characters just to generate some dough for Nick, much like Disney creates special interquels.

For the movies, I'd like to see one take place during Secret of the Ooze, where we discover that it was Krang who created the Ooze and led to new mutants, as well as showing Shredder's transformation into Super Shredder.

For the Next Mutation, have a couple episodes during East meets West, Part 1 where Shredder is finally defeated to good after a hard battle and April and Casey appear to announce that they are moving far away from New York and wish them farewell on their lives.

I too would have liked to see how the red sky turned red in the first place. Also, I wanted to see how the Technodrome got from that metal orb in The Big Blowout to the asteroid in Dimension X. I wish I could have seen how the Technodrome got out of that black hole in Wrath of the Rat King and to planet Belleraphon.

Most importantly, it would be great to see how April went from Channel 6 to being a freelance reporter. I wish they could have shown April talking to Burne about leaving Channel 6 or if Burne just said to her "You're fired!"
