searching a special book

hello, i am searching a special tmnt comic book, i read in my youth.. there were two stories in: one about breaking into tcri, the other was about old people with walker with included weapons fighting against turtles. it was, afair, black and white.. the background of the cover was white.. not sure.
the overall style was angry.. can you help me? i searched the net but diddnt find anything

Hi, I'm not sure which issue was the TCRI one but I wonder if you mean issue #15 'Dome Doom' for the one with the older people in. It had the retired members of the justice force in, one of whom was in a wheelchair 'Zippy lad' and Dr Dome was in a robotic walker of sorts.

thanks for the reply.

as far as i remember, it was more adult style drawn.. not so "cute".. (maybe it frighten me a bit in my youth)
and both storys were in one book..
it was a special issue afaik..

the tmnt logo was not so "old school", maybe red or golden.. the background was white.. all in all a tidied up look.. the turtles looked very angry..
the comic was surprisingly different from the "normal" style.. eg. the motion series or the standard comicbook issues
on the cover they had all teh same color of their eye bandage if i remeber correctly..

dont know the retired member justice.. all i know is, that the people could shoot out of their (in german we call it "gehwagen" (google translate and picture search

the story in the link nearly seemed to be the one of the book i had.. it was the story, how the turtles became these heroes and then they infiltrated tcri
and it was just the half of the book.. (as i mentioned before)

must be 15 years ago..
