Panini to Release the new IDW TMNT Comics...

... in Germany (yeah I did it again and I am a horrible Person ^^)

Today it was announced that Panini Comics is going to release the new running IDW Comicseries over here in Germany! The are going to start in Spring/Summer of 2013 with the First Trade (the first 4 Issues).

Back in September they said that they might pick up the Series, but only if other Panini offices in Europe would do it as well so it would reduce production costs. So even if it is currently only announced in Germany, it seems that the Series could get a europe-wide Release.

No, there isn't a release date yet. During an italian comics convention, Lucca Comics & Games 2012, some days (or weeks) ago Panini announced an italian edition of the IDW TMNT comics. They also said that they are going to "explore the whole universe of Ninja Turtles". I don't know what does this exactly mean, but I guess they want to pubblish some Mirage old stuff. An italian edition of IDW's TMNT Ultimate collection books maybe? I would love it!

I missed this information. So, it is confirmed that they will publish the series through trade paperpacks and not single issues? I hope they will do this way in Italy.
