There are many versions of him, so there is no limit for your creativity, a fly? Someone inside a robot armor? Just a head?

Whatever... he is the best and he created the Mousers...

Dr. Baxter Stockman is an usually evil scientist, often allied with Shredder and/or Krang. In each version, he is depicted as the creator of the Mousers, machines meant to seek out and destroy sewer rats (not mice, in spite of their name). Nevertheless, there are several differences among his various appearances. In most incarnations, he is forced into an alternate form (cyborg, fly mutant) that causes his sanity to erode even further.

RULES:

All people who choose to participate will have until the end date to come up with a redesign for the given character.
You can use any medium you wish.
You can sketch, paint, make a 3-D model, make a sprite, make a custom action figure, whatever you want.
Its entirely up to you!

If you have done a backstory for your redesigns and want to see it submitted with your art, please embed it in the picture.

You can post any number of redesigns you want and chose if it will be submitted to the contest poll, but when nothing is mentioned by the submitter, they will be always considered submissions.
Will only be considered a maximum of 2 finished Art submissions per participant for the contest poll.

All submissions made after the end date will not be considered, so please don´t post more art if the deadline ended.

As well, you don't have to force yourself to make your design conform to any new or old cartoon or comic book's style.
Be as drastic in your redesign as you see fit. Whatever makes you happy.

If you can't think of a new design, or just hate the idea of working on this character, you do not have to feel obligated to participate in this particular challenge.
You will still be free to participate in any future challenges you wish.

When the submission period end, the contest poll will be post with the submissions during 10 days.
The winner of the contest poll can choose the 5th character in the next character poll.

Art Submissions End Date: 15th December 2012.

I thought if Shredder and Splinter come from Japan why not let Baxter come from another country. The story I gave him is that he try to sell his mousers in China but it was labeled a novelty item so he went to USA to sell his idea. There it also got branded as a novelty item.

You gave a nice new touch to Baxters Backround, Roland.

Heres my entry for this time. Always liked that even when Baxter is half cyborg, he need his glasses.

I have to work 13 hr's today and have 2 hours commute. I may just submit un finished tonight.
Vrosch and I have the same thing but opposite, hehe. I'm happy I didn't do my alternative which is just like Vrosch's submission.

I do like Vrosch's piece,but I would rather reserve my judgement overall until you have time to complete it. I am sure all are agreed.

I always like to mix the different versions of the characters.
I was originally thinking cybernetic fly but yet wanted to go for the toons crazy colors and more mutant look rather than robot.
